Lámpara de techo

La lámpara es muy muy bonita, vino perfecta, nada roto, pero no la puedo poner. Cuando compras una lámpara viene su cable y para poner la bombilla, esto es una pantalla solamente. Ahora la verdad que no se ponerla

Hola Aurora, por un lado nos alegra que te haya parecido muy bonita, pero por otro sentimos mucho que no haya incluido los accesorios que esperabas. En la descripción del producto pone que no incluye ni la bombilla ni el cable eléctrico. En el interior de la lámpara/pantalla hay una arandela metálica sobre la que se apoya la bombilla o portalámparas que es lo que se necesita para poner la lámpara en funcionamiento. Cualquier otra cosa nos dices. Muchas gracias

Recomendable. Buen producto

La compra ha cumplido las expectativas que tenía, las mesillas han llegado tal y como se muestran en las fotos. Es verdad que finalmente tardaron 10 días más en llegar de lo especificado en el momento de compra pero el servicio al cliente fue accesible y resolutivo ante mi llamada.
