DANA Valencia

📢 We regret to inform you that, due to the severe storm (DANA) we have experienced in Valencia:

1. Unfortunately, our warehouse in Valencia burned down due to a short circuit caused by the floods. We have lost all stock of products produced in Bali, as they were all stored there. Therefore, half of the products on our website will be out of stock for the next few months.

2. Currently, we continue to sell products we produce in Spain, such as headboards, mirrors, and other furniture. All of these products are still available online, and there are no issues with them because we produce them in a separate facility.

3. We're already working to be able to offer you all the products we produce in Bali again . This will take several months, considering that both the artisanal production and shipping from there require some time.

4. We need your support more than ever. The best way to help us is to buy one of our products , or at least don't stop buying because you think this is over, because it won't. The affected products appear as out of stock but will be back in stock in a few months.

5. We're more eager and strong than ever to keep moving forward. We're working hard to continue offering you unique products, just as we've done since we launched Natyal three years ago. This continues, and in the coming months, we'll surprise you with great new products that you'll love.
