Shipping and returns policy


In general, the delivery time for our decoration products is between 1-3 working days to Spain (peninsular) and Portugal; 2-5 business days to Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg and Netherlands; and 3-6 business days to the rest of Europe.

For some furniture products the period indicated above is longer.

The estimated delivery date for each product is indicated on each product page, specifically a few lines below the "add to cart" button.

The shipping costs assumed by the customer vary depending on the amount of the purchase made, as reflected in the following table:

(*) For shipments to the United Kingdom, Corsica, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or to other islands or countries that do not appear in the table above, please contact us through our email ( ) to check shipping prices and estimated delivery time.

The prices on the client's invoice include the VAT currently in force in Spain (21% of the total amount).

Orders that can be sent to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and countries outside the European Union will be invoiced without VAT and the customer will assume the costs of other taxes and customs import clearance that may apply.




Does the product not fit you or is there something that is not as you expected? Don't worry, contact us so we can manage the return of the product in a very simple way. If you wish to return an item , below is the procedure to follow:

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp (+34 644 259 629) within 15 calendar days from the day you received the product. In this message, you must inform the order number, address, possible collection day(s) and time slot for collection (morning or afternoon).
  2. Prepare the product in its original packaging or another with similar characteristics, and with all the reinforcements of the item that it provided when delivered, to ensure that the product maintains its optimal conditions during shipping.
  3. The carrier will pick up the product at the address and date indicated. Unless we tell you otherwise, you will not need to print any labels.
  4. Once we receive the product and verify its perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund through the same payment method that you used for the purchase. The total amount to be reimbursed in your favor will be the amount you paid for the product, deducting the transportation costs of collection. The collection transportation cost is calculated as 10% of the price of the product to be returned.

If you have received an item with any type of defect , we apologize and please contact us by email at within five calendar days of receiving the product so that we can manage the product replacement. Don't forget to always attach photos that show the defects detected, both in the product and in the packaging. NATYAL will assume the transportation costs of shipping the new product that will replace the defective item, as well as its collection.
